The City of Cape Town would like to inform residents and the public that the City’s eServices portal & Fault reporting tool will be unavailable from 00:01 on Friday, 1 May to 07:00 on Saturday, 2 May 2026. This outage is necessary to allow for scheduled maintenance. Further communication will be issued should there be any changes to this timeline. Read more below:
